It's kinda true though, I'm not agreeing that it's okay for Silva or Everton to finish in terrible positions but it does change my mindset a little,

No. You\re not coming at this from the right direction. Dont get fixated on positions or even defensive frailties. The constant change in the CB situation (and the awful Brands signing in Mina) hasn't helped in that respect and nor has a clownish GK.

Those things can be addressed and eliminated.

I'm not I'm looking at the team on the pitch the lack of progress in style, spirit and results. It's all very well saying he needs his own players which I agree with to an extent, but he should be doing much much better with what we have.

They also don't do expected losses. They go out to try and win each game. The only test will come next season with two games a week and in the summer when big bids come in for some of their players.
