It's all irrelevant really Silva has the rest of the season to prove he's worth sticking with. The idea he should be safe regardless isn't true he needs to prove himself. I fear a few pummellings at home in a row, could really turn things sour. I don't see us beating anyone at Goodison bar Burnley, I hope I'm wrong.

Why do you hope you are wrong?

You want him sacked do you not?

I never want us to lose, its just what I expect against the teams we have at home, given how gutless and spineless we are. Chelsea and Arsenal are probably our best shots of something.

Yes I am edging that way. Personally, I will give him till Christmas but can very well see the argument to get rid this summer if he can't improve results and Brands identifies a coach who can get more out of the squad.

If I wanted him sacked I would be hoping we lose and lose badly, none of the "Silva Out" will ever say that tho.

Some of the posts on here read like orbituaries.

You’d never think there was 8 games left :coffee:
How many games have we played this season though mate?Where are we in the table? And what progress have you seen apart from slightly nicer on the eye football and a few positions slightly improved. I don't expect it to get much better by the end of the season. Newcastle was one of our winnable matches look how that went... Good managers can make do with what they have then push on.

Imagine been a Wolves fan at the minute.

7th spot in the table
Solid outfit
Good manager
Cup Semi Final on the horizon
European football to enjoy next season
United fanbase proud of their club
Owners who seem to have a clue

Then you have Everton

But its okay so long as our zany fans make jokes and bicker on social media with one another.

Meanwhile Adam Jones of the echo believes Richarlison can inspire us to finish the season strongly. LOL

Judge at the end of the season.

Like I’ve said before it’s the time of the season where anything can happen.

How do these tossers who support other clubs manage to get on here instantly to chat about how much better they are than us, yet I've been joined for weeks and still have to wait for approval before my posts are included??

Theres every chance we could finish 13th really Dave, so my question to you is, would you retain him if we finished 13th?

I think thats a bit much personally.

Im still 50/50 on whether he gets next season, im gonna be needing him to claim a scalp in the next 8 games and win more than we lose.

What about you? Does he get next season from you, no matter what?

And ive asked a reasonable question, I demand a PROPER answer.
Yes.

Position is just a number if it isn't Top 6 or relegation.

First season = clearout and assessment. That's all it's been for.

Who cares about Wolves.

I would log onto their forum if I wanted to read what you just posted.

I don't expect stellar, I expect some progression. Instead we are going backwards.
No. You\re not coming at this from the right direction. Dont get fixated on positions or even defensive frailties. The constant change in the CB situation (and the awful Brands signing in Mina) hasn't helped in that respect and nor has a clownish GK.

Those things can be addressed and eliminated.
