The most important thing though is that Silva has a had a season's worth of experience to get to know who he wants to keep and who isn't going to be useful to him and who he needs to bring in.

It's not so long ago that Evertonians would accept the reasonable point that this is a "sighter season"...and then you judge from there. Many now seem to expect a stellar season right out of the box.

That's not credible.

Stating a fact pal, Wolves look a much better team than us and aren't scared by any top six team. We cower and accept defeat, our attitude is too accepting of utter dross. Not kneejerking I can see with my eyes the results on the pitch for most of a season and they aren't good enough.
