Rubbish. Was one of our best players pre-December.

See lots of people say people who don't go the game don't realise how crap he is which is drivel. As I said, he's bee no worse that the rest of our attacking players yet still managed to score 10 goals in all comps.

He’s been massively worse than most, bar is little 5 game cameo. I’d rather have Charlie Adam

AGAIN, Michael Keane is fast.

But yeah, it would be nice to have more athleticism in midfield next to Gana. Siggy can play, but you can’t have too many slowpokes like him on the pitch.

Keane might be straight line fast but he turns like an aircraft carrier.

Found this quite interesting really. Yes stats are only good to an extent but everyone on this forum would probably say they want Eriksson instead of siggy. But the stats reflect that it's crap strikers that cause the issue as siggy is still achieving the same expected assists etc as when at Swansea, so is doing exactly what we wanted when we bought him. And is actually doing better than eriksson in most aspects but Eriksson has good players around him.

you are dead right mate, our crap strikers MAKE siggy disappear into his own shadow every week ( bar the first few weeks when he was playing well )

Good player but not for the price and wages. Doesn't offer enough. Doesn't fit into the manager's preferred system. Too late to sell for any decent money, so may as well keep him.

He is doing the same as before we bought him. If tosun or dcl finished some chances he would have more assists. We shouldn't be expecting him to be doing more than he was capable of at Swansea. Especially when their striker actually scored a decent number of goals for them. Not his fault we spent twice as much as we should.

And actually, Eriksson is considered one of the better players in the league, but on paper isn't actually doing all that more than siggy. If he came here, he would look just as crap as everyone makes out siggy is as the players around him still wouldn't be able to finish or time their runs properly

Anyone with a set of eyes can see Ericsson is only a completely different level to gylfi

He is not doing better than Eriksson, I would seriously consider having sectioned anyone who says so
