IF he is a top coach we will see an improvement in our weaknesses, although we havent yet. My guess he is the type of manager who will want to throw player after player at it till he gets it right. BTW Sam Allardyce had 2 players that was his (Tosun and Walcott), Silva has 6 over half a team!!! Who should have the better record and who actually does?

why does it keep getting said that silva failed at watford. they had just finished 17th when he took over and he was sacked when they were 10th. some would describe 17th to 10th as a resounding success. if you wanna say his watford tenure was a fail you'll have to bang in a good reason why, and 'watford fans wanted him gone' is not a good reason, the vast majority of football fans want their manager gone as soon as they lose a few games, try giving a few facts why he 'failed'
