Would you say that:

Keane 50p head with no pace
Coleman who looks finished
Walcott brainless
Gana cant pass
Sigurdsson anonymous
Gomes disappeared

Are better than other sides players? Theyre names but they arent top players at least anymore

Also both bournemouth and watford teams have been built under a DOF system over several seasons...the team knows one another...we have a squad signed by 5 managers.
Walcott is a very good player, and the perfect example of how our coaches are performing below par.

It is the fault of the management. As a coach setting a game plan you have two options. You can insist on using a system without a regard for how the players perform under it, or you can adapt your game plan to accentuate your teams strengths and negate your teams weaknesses.

Silva is insisting on playing a Zonal system that since preseason has been, for whatever reason, completely unable to be used effectively in a game. By the sounds of it, it works perfectly in training, but I do wonder how robustly it’s being tested. Regardless, our set piece defence is woeful.

As a coach, it’s up to Silva to fix the system. To say the players aren’t good enough is an absolute cop out. It’s up to him to create something which works for the players we have, even if it isn’t his preferred method.

Just because Zonal is used other places doesn’t mean it’s the right thing for us. It’s the managers fault

This ^^^ Bobby was the same , he had his philosophy and wouldn’t change it , he was asking Titus bramble and Caldwell to play like Puyol and pique and they can’t. Silva is the same and should change the system to suit the players seeing as changing the entire team isn’t an option

Everyone needs to relax:

The club will be 7th by end of day tomorrow, and then all the boys need to do is maintain that position over 15 matches.

We achieve that by suppporting our manager and players with encouraging behavior; showcasing that the fan base believes in them.

If you all collectively are such passionate supporters, and die-hard fans this really should not be very difficult.

When asking where the problem lies over the course of multiple regimes; let us not shout Bil, Farhad, Marco, etc. maybe we ought to examine ourselves. Ultimately you have zero influence on anything apart from your own behavior; so everything else is simply waste.

Another dig at the fans nice.

I don't get why it's too hard for him to set up so our biggest defenders man-to-man mark their most dangerous headers of the ball from set pieces, why we can't put a player on each post, and why we can't use the rest of our players to either pick up their other man or stay in the danger zones to react to where the ball is going.

Because it’s not new and hip, zonal marking maannn it’s the future ... even if you concede literally every free kick

Winning tonight is far from a guarantee , and just maintain our position for 15 game ? Have you seen our home fixtures and our away record ?
