I 'expect' six points from the next two games... in much the same way as I 'expected' at least a point from Southampton and at least a replay from today.

Expecting and getting are two completely different issues.
Huddersfield are fodder. Three points there. Wolves at home will be one we can win. 6 points in the next two games gets us top half and wer can get some confidence back.

Likewise.
The thing being that this seems to be the beginning of the end. Are we going to beat Huddersfield in a couple of days. I wouldn't put money on it.
With regards Wolves the toxic Goodison atmosphere will be their twelfth man and we'll get done for sure.
Bedwetting time possibly but our best hope at present is that 36 points will be enough to survive.

Honestly can't be arsed for Huddersfield and wouldnt surprise me if we put in another timid effort.

In fact I'd be shocked if we actually put anything resembling a decent performance together on Tuesday

He'll play the same formation, with the same players, making the same mistakes, set up the wrong way, again.

Thing is, can’t actually see this side picking up two wins on the bounce.

Huddersfield will have spirit, something we don’t have an ounce of.

He’s failing miserably Dave but so are the players be bought in bar Digne and Zouma.

Really don’t see how this ends well.

I think the problem is we can’t keep getting managers who are inept in setting up defence. Plus we basically must get a top proven manager next.
We've had a host of different managers since Moyes, all with different styles, they weren't all attacking. The one common denominator here for me is the players but unfortunately we're stuck with them. We need a leader, a good man manager. Silva could be that, I don't know as we don't see behind the scenes but from what's going on on the pitch, for yet another season, it looks like he's struggling to motivate and get the best out of these players.

Are you ok Dave?
Not like you to introduce some positivity amongst this quagmire of despondency.
So are we, unfortunately. We must be the easiest team for the opposition managers to plan for. Apply some pressure and we collapse.

It's Huddersfield and Wolves, not City and Liverpool.

We have the quality and it'll be made to pay. Two wins = top 8 or thereabouts. Panic over.

Sitting here at home looking at my as yet unopened season ticket renewal, he's got 8 weeks to make us safe or the envelope goes in the bin.

I honestly couldn't care less at this point. Our season is over in January. It won't make one jot of difference whether we finish 7th or 17th. These players are a joke and need binned off. This manager is too stubborn to defend the most basic of set plays. This club are a national embarrassment and no one wants to do anything about it.

I’m contemplating asking for Moyes to come back and turn us around. Captain Phil Neville as his assistant. I don’t think I’ve ever seen us so bad at being able to judge and win a header, it’s embarrassing

I disagree about the club been a national embarrassment. No one takes a blind bit of notice of us any more.

Last night was Millwall Dave, the week before was Southampton, we got lucky against Bournemouth, is the penny not dropping? We are absolutely awful and have zero fight in the side apart from Digne and Zouma.
