But that's the point of what i was saying mate. I dont really want him back either but if the powers that be at the club are going to have such pathetic low standards that we're basically just here to be also-rans and make them money then I'd sooner have Moyes then Silva. Because (A) He'd do a better job at that and (B) it means the frauds running us stop pretending that they have ambition when they clearly don't.
Oh the ambition is there mate.
I dont think thats in question , its the decision making that is drastically wrong.
Each of these managers have been backed financially , the club looks in far better shape other than whats happening on the pitch.
If it takes 5/6/7 managers to get it right and Moshiri is willing to pay for it , then so be it.
But really Moyes aint the answer.

I actually agree

We didn't win headers or tackles. We didn't win them last week either. These players don't give their best. They don't want to battle physically. They need shown the door.
Just like the last lot. And the lot before. And the lot before that. Astounding how about 8 consecutive managers have spent differing amounts on players from different backgrounds and yet every single one of them has had the same mentality. Some would go as far as saying it’s completely unbelievable.

Nah. Not happening.

Anyone wanting Silva out will be waiting in vain this season.

Let's see how he does next season. I'm not a dyed in the wool fan, I have no dog in this fight really. If he cant cut it by autumn next season then I could understand calls for his dismissal...until then I still have faith in him, based almost exclusively on the performances against decent teams in this league, as we've been clueless against fodder clubs.
We'll see.
Lose to Huddersfield /Wolves and he's gone mate.

I'd sooner have either Moyes or BFS over Silva at this point TBH but surely we can do better? There's a whole world of managers out there. Surely somebody at the club is capable of looking for a manager who knows what he's doing?
IMO there is the premier league and the top leagues in Germany, Italy and Spain. A manager from any of them who has been in and around the top 5 in there respective league for the last 3 years, would be a good fit. I haven't researched them manager but 75% of the managers wouldn't come here, but the other 25% may do.

I'd leave him there until the end of the season and then push him out the side door. It's not the results, though that's obviously important, it's the performances. There is no shape, pattern, or coherent strategy. It's just 11 guys on the pitch wandering about.

The Millwall manager saying they did their homework and preparation before the game against us, who would have thought it, a manager who does their homework on the opposition.
Like maybe we should have known they aim for #5 on every long free kick so we put two on him and mark tight on their first goal instead of letting him go free? Nah.
