Not being funny but who the hell is that?

I don't like victim cards. We got knocked out by a lower league team through 3 set plays. To blame the referee is pathetic and weak. A total cop out.
I’m not arguing, but you can’t say it reflects his mentality, it’s just what managers do. Ferguson, wenger, Mourinho would have done the same. Klopp would have asked for a public lynching. I don’t know why we’re obsessed with making everything about mentality when it’s talent we lack.

We don't lack talent to beat Millwall. Clearly not.

We lacked the hunger and guts to battle with them. We were pathetic and gutless again. The result doesn't matter to these players. They are an embarrassment to the shirt.

Sure stability is important but it's just become an excuse for crap managers in recent years to justify keeping them on. I can fully get behind the idea of sticking with a manager long-term and living with all the downs that go with the ups. I'd just like us to have a half decent manager that was capable of seeing us have more ups then downs and Silva isn't that man imo.
I never did want him here and I think your right he isn't the man for the job, who is? Moyes, Big Sam (that's a no no from me) there's not much choice out there. Said for example tomorrow Man Utd got Poch, Ole would be touted in the media as a good choice for us, but that to would be a terrible appointment same with Howe who would be linked. At this moment in time we need a hard British manager and there not to many about, but Moyes fits the bill for me for many reasons.

next game - Huddersfield AWAY

1) we do not win away games

2) Huddersfiled have a new coach

3) Huddersfield will no doubt have more fight

4) we couldn't beat them at home

im expecting BIG things.

I agree. They have let us down for 30 years so all I expect is disappointment. In that Everton are unsurpassed and unsurpassable.

Respectfully, I don’t see it that way. There is talent here. They just play as individuals not a team.

I doubt changing managers would make much difference, its more than that position thats wrong with this club, its become a rest home for players and managers, theres no spotlight on them,no real pressure, they know this is about the highest level they will play and earn the wages they pick up
The academy side is a conveyor belt of averageness, and the board filled with people with no experience or ambition,we have basically become the Coventry/Charlton of the prem

People have said that about the last 300 players we’ve had. They said it about moyes’s teams but now they say it never happened under him. It’s rubbish, just a simplistic explanation.

We didn't win headers or tackles. We didn't win them last week either. These players don't give their best. They don't want to battle physically. They need shown the door.

I'd sooner have either Moyes or BFS over Silva at this point TBH but surely we can do better? There's a whole world of managers out there. Surely somebody at the club is capable of looking for a manager who knows what he's doing?

The lack of guile in the final third is still the most worrying thing. Our attacking players look like they just meet up at the weekend for a kick around. No chemistry between them whatsoever, exactly the same under Allardyce as well.
