Dont get me wrong, I like theese sort of players, BUT they have to be athletic enough too...and he isn't.

Its not down to that. He isn't going to get taller, stronger and faster simply by being here another 12 months.

If he can improve his dribbling he will be world class.

At times I desperately want to see him beat his marker and had a clear shot at goal just like Coutinho but it seems his dribbling is poor. Shooting is questionable too. Everything else is quite good.
