Looking for a bit of hope here.

Despite this ridiculous run of form the RS have been on, if City win their next two games the gap will be back down to ten points :)

Happen this ain’t a done deal yet.

You mean 4 points? I hope my maths hasn’t gone pear shaped
If City win their game in hand today against Southampton, then it's down to seven points. They then play each other on Thursday, so could be down to four.

On the other hand, if things go Liverpool's way today and then, well I'll be going into hiding for a fair while as their lead could become intolerable.

lots of ifs in there mate, straws clutching springs to mind.

I take it you didn't watch the game and see the context of their win? What was expected beforehand is irrelevant. That game took the wind out of our sails and gave them the belief to go on this excellent run of form.
They've been on an excellent run of form in the Premier League all season (unbeaten remember). I did see the game although I don't believe it had any "context". It was a Derby game and they are historically close regardless of form (we've drawn as many as we've lost in the last 10 years). To try and blame the manner of our defeat this time for our performance against Spurs is pathetic. Put that in your context and smoke it lollollol

Wow, you seem like a nice bloke.
I believe a crushing, last minute, balls up of an equaliser can have a detrimental affect on a team's psyche and ultimately, their form and you clearly don't. Let's just leave it at that.
