Yet they are cruising 2-0 up away from home after winning 3-0 last week with their front 3 out injured.

Meanwhile everton have a full strength side and labour draw to midtable sides at home LOL

And yet we are still above them in the table, so wierd isn't that fact?

Btw you've called our home results disgraceful.

West ham 1 Bournemouth 2
West ham 0 wolves 1
West ham 0 spurs 1
West ham 0 city 4

But they've just beaten the team bottom whilst we lost to the league leaders, so must mean something eh?

We were too easy to score past today. Allowing crosses in and men to be unmarked when playing three centre backs is mad. Maybe it's because we had three it confused them all.

However a win against Spurs and its all sweetness and light again.

People are weird.
That game mostly ends a draw AT GOODISON,3 Everton wins, though not for a few years,2 spurs wins very recently, and 6 draws in last 11 home v them,so would not be surprised with another draw next week myself

Sure it's currently frustrating but we need to give Silva time. Is he perfect, no he strikes me as a manager who goes on streaks and lulls, but he has implemented a blueprint and we have progressed. He has made some odd decisions lately but a lot of that is down to the weakness in the squad. For instance Gana is out then who is our DM? Who is our replacement for Coleman when he is fatigues?! Where is our out and out striker up to this level?! Once he gets the players he wants in every position we will be progressing even faster in my opinion. Chopping and changing managers again is pointless. We need to accept it will take time.

I'm not at all worried about West Ham.
Not to many times the likes of them will get 4 wins in a row, infact think it was radio said it was 1st time in 5 years today, and to go with wolves winning 3 in a row who play Liverpool friday night as well, even bournemouth despite 6 from 7 loses are still only 1 point behind us,all so close from 6th to 13th-only 5 points [if man utd lose/brighton lose tomorrow]-we just need a couple of wins in a row if we can and not say have 1 win, then a lost then a draw for example

-can defo see a few changes the next 4 league games as we play those 4 games quicker than any other prem team

We're creating chances, the system works.

We aren't putting those chances away.

Defensively, we had been solid up until the last three games. Newcastle we were throwing loads forward and against Watford we just couldn't deal with their power.

Nobody can defend against City, but even so we did make some basic mistakes. Not as worried about that side as I am the scoring side though.

And really, I don't know what Silva can do about that. He can't kick/head the ball for the players. The systems he puts in place are meaning we have players making those runs and getting into those positions, but we're missing sitters.

Yep and those sitters and bad lapses in concentration have cost us about 8 points I reckon.

Still, small steps BT but we are heading in the right direction imo (just wish we were taking huge leaps instead of small steps)

Surely, then, he must be looking toward the transfer window for someone who can. But who drops from our current attacking line-up? Sig, Bernie, Lookman, Ricko?

We cruised passed Fulham as well (more comfortably than them). They are playing well and have a good balance about them, but the lads you mentioned would not get into our team, never mind be major upgrades on what we have mate.

They may have improved but we can only worry about ourselves pal. We are in a mini league with the likes of Watford, Bournemouth, Wolves and West Ham we are all going to have ups and downs in my view. If we get that clinical finisher I think we will be ok this season 7-10th finish is my prediction but crucially playing football that can take us forward long term.
