What people are forgetting is that we have all these teams to play at Goodison at the end of the season.

We have nothing to fear against any side now, bar City (because you're a lunatic if you don't fear them really). And even against City, I know full well we'll go and play our best game (heck, we'll probably effing beat them and do the RS a favour, because Everton).

I was thinking that, we'll go and beat City and the rs will go top lol

I'll take a win against City though, the rs ain't got enough in that squad to be winning the league, that good fortune is surely gonna run out soon because they've had a good slice of it in the majority of games already this season.

Oh Mac, we both know that their luck doesn't run out.

Those Karius howlers will probably have them in credit for the next five years.

Several points now the initial numbness has lifted.

1. The late goal did not rob us of a long overdue victory at the Pit......it cost us one point, not two.

2. It has not affected out league position.

3. It has not knocked us out of a Cup.

As at Arsenal, United and Chelsea, we appriached the game with a positive attutude and today’s performance was far better than owt we have seen iver there sunce the Kanchekskis derby.

We are in the top six as of right now with two eminently winnable home games in the next werk.

Onwards and upwards.

Sod the gang of long ball scruffy biffs ;)

MOTD2 was pretty much entirely focussed on us. Full of praise for our defense and of course that beautiful man Gomes.

Is right fella. Up the Toffees.

Been like therapy on here tonight. At times like these you've just got to surround yourself with fellow blues. Shame I've gotta go into work tomorrow and contend with the numerous out of town Liverpool fans seeking me out.

2 very winnable home fixtures within the week. Sooner we forget about this, the better.
It would help but this will stay with me for quite a while, I hope we start knocking in a few more goals put games to bed quicker, we are definitely going in the right direction, problem is we still aren't winning against the teams above us. We are in a league of our own, we are much better than all the teams below us but not as good as the ones above us. But one win against one of them could be the start of us getting that bit nearer.
