I am utterly, utterly certain we'll try and win this game. The combination of the flushing out of Moyes' favourites, who despite being great servants, were complete failures in this fixture and the approach of Silva will see to that.

I am also of the firm belief that we'll come up short here. And that's fine. We're a few months into Silva and Brands' time here. The result of this game will have zero bearing on where we're going long term.

I agree with everything you say Paul except the coming up short bit.

RS 0-3 Everton

Seamus worries me but no real alternatives
If we get to half time level I think we’ll win
Hope the referee is fair

Think Coleman is still solid defensively even if going forward he hasn't been his marauding self. It's going to be such a huge ask to take three points here. If we are level at half time it's much more likely we will find ourselves clinging on for a point. Look at our record there the last 20 years and look at their record over the past year.

We have a relatively new base of new faces who aren’t infected with the inferiority complex.

Regardless, they haven't lost at home in a year. I don't really know why we'd expect us to be the team to end that. In the first 15 years of this run I'd always talk myself into thinking we can pull off a win, sad reality is that I always hope for a plucky draw now. Think if things go our way we can get that on Sunday.

...17/2 BetVictor, 8-1 William Hill.

I suggest you go back to your buddy and also demand the draw as part of your private bet.
Thanks, mate, he's certainly not a mate, just a typical red bellend, so I've got to back my blues, the draw doesn't count.Gylfi 1st and last scorer and a double of Gylfi 1-0 win, that's what I'm backing for Sunday, might also put a bluey on Keane to score from a corner(defo due to soon;)). Anyway, as long as we win is what matters.COYB,UTFT,NSNO,KAGS:celebrate:
