Where is the wind up? Look at the inane insulting comments from the rest of them. They need a good laughing at.

Obsession with trains? I am no train spotter. Get the point about what rapid-transit rail can do for a football club Do you understand what it can do? Look at this:
http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/watercity/Rapid-Transit-Football.html

Arsenal just have paid off the stadium loan in 4 years because of rapid-transit rail. It ensured over 98% occupancy in all games in a 60,000 stadium with high revenues of over £100 million per year.

And theses Do-dos want to stay a wooden ground earning about 3/6d per game, as long as their ale house routine remains.

If EFC get relegated, they may find it difficult to climb back out earning 3/6d per game in wooden stands.

Let Go?

I will not. It is the only way EFC have a cat in hells chance to be a top club again.

We could actually pay homage to the overground railway and elevate the tracks down City Road before having it directly enter the stadium into the main stand, where we could spray some water on it so it feels like Disney.

A station IN the Main Stand. This guy is a genius, you just don't recognise it lids.

You had some good points, cracking blueprints, excellent illustrations and pictures, and quite frankly well researched.

A while back I said, "ok fair do's, what do we need to do?"

you said "nothing, its all in place,"

at which point i said, "fair do's.." again.

just not many posts from you elsewhere, is making you a prime target for baiting and a Popcorn IED.

To be honest I've avoided this thread like the plague.

To be fair, you're dedicated and must know what your talking about. What you've got to appreciate is there's only so much philosophical train talk a football forum can take.

Get involved in other discussion mate, then you'll look less train obsessed (y)

You could be our new davek.

Inner City, please I just need a couple of questions answering.

1 - Do you think our attendance will increase, dramatically, due to having a new rail line?

2 - Who is going to pay for this?

3 - What is your favourite Back to the Future episode?
