But it should be enough to attract managers that have won trophies at one of the big 4 leagues.
Certainly people with a better CV then brands and silva

However, we no longer have that money, as Koeman and Walsh poured it down the drain.

So the fact that we spent 300 mil ( which we didn`t by the way ) means zip, as we don`t have that type of money to spend anymore.

'There has been alit that has went against us this season but apart from the west ham match we have looked the better side in every other game'
Agree we've looked the better side.
And ended up with 6 points.
Forget the what if and could of been.

Adapt the core principles? We're 6 games in, the players haven't even gotten used to the core principles yet let alone be able to play a way the manager isn't used to training players (and I'll say it again) 6 games in!

Ask yourself this before you ask anything. Would we of won at wolves if jags hadn't of been sent off? Would we of beaten Bournemouth if we'd of gotten two penalties we should of gotten? Would we of beaten Huddersfield and west ham if richarlison had of played? Or if that lad who super kicked Walcott in the head for west ham had been sent off or we got the penalty on sigurdsson in that match. Or if that arsenal lad had of been sent off for his second challenge one dinge?

There has been alit that has went against us this season but apart from the west ham match we have looked the better side in every other game. In my opinion if richarlison doesn't get sent off at Bournemouth or Bernard is fit we're looking at a extra 7 points on the board.

Emery was in control? By doing what? Switching aubameyang to a striker, what a brain wave its not like hes world class striker or anything. Was that why we bossed them from the start of the second half to the first goal? Arsenal hit us with two goals in 3 minutes and the lads heads went down and arsenals went up. Its unfortunate but we did have our youngest squad out since 1998. Arsenal had 110m worth of top class strikers in their prime and our entire front 3 cost less then half of that and 2 of them are 21.

People need to realise that this is a project and will take time. We need to sort out the squad to be suited to play silvas way. Atm we still have players from moyes, martinez, koeman and allerdyce. All different manager with completely different styles of play bringing in players for that style. A lot of them won't be suited to silvas style at first and some of them never will and will need replacing but this will take time to see who fits and who needs replacing.

Fortunately the next two position that need filling seem to be the obvious ones. The striker and midfield area but can that be sorted out in January or will it have to be a wait till the summer job?

For me I'm happy with Silva so far and he has my complete backing because I am seeing improvements in every game and we are playing the most atracking football i have seen for a long time at goodison. we still have players to come in. Its my hope that Silva will throw everything into the leauge cup this season. Its a cup none of the top sides are that bothered about and I think we can win especially with two of the top 6 sides already out and the rest being I more interested in Europe.
Support what he is trying to achieve just not the way he is going about it that's all.
I think one be critical of this without being putting the same basket as calling for him to be sacked.
Was stoked to hear he was going to be the manager. Would have said he needs to be given at least 2 yrs to get things sorted properly.
Not as convinced from what I've seen. Assessment of his tenure shpuld be made at end of season, but def not before.
End of.

If mourinho leaves united we need to be on standby.
Offer him a open chequebook for 2 seasons and see what he says
We have taken enough players off them over the years that they don't want without making things worse by giving a job to their over the hill manager.

And that's without considering the massive money he would command and the massive amount he would want to spend on players before he loses the dressing room (again) and has to be paid off costing us millions in compo.

No thanks. Everton has to stop being a retirement home for ex-Man Utd employees.

It`s irrelevant anyway, as he`d never ever consider coming to us anyway.

We`re not big enough for his head.

Over 300m spent on transfers recently and people on here still think we're not "big" enough.

Think the mask has slipped here @mods
