New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I don’t give a toss about about a cheese room as long as we have a conservatory. That’s the only thing I’ve been banging on about re: this new stadium. It’s an absolute must for me.
I want a gable like the old main stand and one of those old square clocks is still knocking around too, get that in.

I'm just not buying this argument that we wouldn't be able to fill a stadium as big as Tottenham's new ground. At the moment we're getting capacity crowds almost every week, despite the fact that a quarter of the seats at Goodison (according to the club) have an obstructed view. Just imagine how any Evertonians would be attracted to a state-of-the-art stadium on the docks.

West Ham's average attendance has just shot up by almost 25,000 after their move to a new stadium.

Besides, having a couple of thousand empty seats every now and then would hardly be the end of the world.

Probably because we won't fill it.
There's nothing even close to suggest we have 20,000 fans waiting in the wings to get into goodison.

Moving to a new stadium invariably increases a club's average attendance dramatically.

Before West Ham moved to the London Stadium they had 24,000 season ticket holders and they rarely filled Upton Park. Now they have 53,000 season ticket holders.

People are much more willing to buy a ticket if the stadium has great facilities and no obstructed views.

When your lot built the KFC Big stand they filled it
Granted it was mainly with visitors from Oslo and the Far East but still they filled it and we wiould fill a 60,000 stadium no problem

There are at least 20,000 extra fans from the Wirral, who have been patiently waiting for the facilities to reach an acceptable level. Build it, and they will come.
