New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

this is true, we used to have a 70k capacity before all the seating only was brought in, the population of the UK has grown since then and travel from abroad is much easier......I don't see why we cant be confident of filling a 60k stadium for the majority of games
Probably because we won't fill it.
There's nothing even close to suggest we have 20,000 fans waiting in the wings to get into goodison.

Ground record 1948 - 78,299 versus Liverpool. I know, because I was there.lol

I’d say it has to do with the rising costs of tickets. The working class and a fair chunk probably can’t afford a season ticket, let alone a season ticket or tickets for them and possibly their families. Same thing in Australia, Melbourne city despite never having sell out crowds rise their season ticket every year by 10% and it’s stopped me from going and buying tickets

Aye something about dead in the water
Council funding being the only show in town
Nothing to see here
Time to forget this and move on
Moshiri is a fraud etc etc

So glad I have had the resident WUM on "ignore" for years.

This is my favourite thread on here by a long way and has been for ages, especially with the insight provided by the handful of knowledgeable posters (Jacko, binman etc). Keep it up lads, I love it! ;)
