Cheech's mate ?Pure speculation but I think we're approaching the culmination of a plan that's been in place since February 2016. Even Colin Chong that was announced as the person who would manage the stadium project was hired by the club back then as "Head of Estates" - can only assume that means he would've been involved in all the Liver building stuff (along with probably the sponsorship deal on USM FF).
I know there's a decent chance that this actually might be smoke without fire... I'm going to choose to have hope though. Always thought the deal that Moshiri had in place that would allow him to expand how much of the club he owns was there to lock the the price at which Kenwright and Woods shares were valued at.
What’s our friend the Esk saying?
Still not happening?
Not sure why he’s so adamant he won’t come along.
Well if he as a major investor in Everton is giving the council 7 m a year on top of repayments I’m sure the council will look favourably on any investments he may want to make in the areaCould underwrite it though.
Then cleans up between the ground and the Liver Building/EFC HQ.
Cheech's mate ?
It was flight of fancy pretty much from very early on in Moshiri's tenure. Literally, a pretend "what if ?" scenario.
But month after month, random, seemingly irrelevant comments, and events, just kept the narrative seemingly on track. This is just one line in a Bloomberg interview. But follows his "Impossible" selling of his Arsenal shares, and following that Colin Chung (?) bloke being unveiled as the head of the stadium build. 2 years after we got him in to do just that. Just didnt tell anyone, til now.....
Like I always say, could all be a crock of crap. But them damn dots keep popping up.
Moshiri: “As long as I am here, Everton fans will never have to worry about money.”
I wonder why...
Are you ready to sell your little plucky soul to the underworld?
How do you get tickets for the champions league final 2020 and where is it
Thanks
Another first for Everton.
The first English ground to have a helicopter landing pad built on its roof.
