It was never actually being announced on Sunday. He was on a plane from California to Europe and Everton don't announce until every single thing is finished just in case. Same with yesterday as he didn't get to Liverpool until the afternoon. If it isn't out by the end of tonight, which we are closing in on, that would be disappointing
