The Wilfried Zaha saga has taken a fresh twist with Tottenham and Everton now planning part-exchange bids for the £60million-rated star.

Long-term suitors Spurs are unwilling to meet Crystal Palace’s valuation of Zaha but willing to offer a player as a makeweight to try to bring their cash outlay down.

France midfielder Moussa Sissoko is one player they may look to include in any deal.

Meanwhile, Everton are ready to give Palace the chance to re-sign former favourite Yannick Bolasie and offer cash on top in an attempt to land Zaha.

The Blues value Bolasie at around £15m.

Complete laughable utter nonsense.

Accounts for the year to 31 May 2017
Turnover £171m (10th highest in the league)
Wages £105m (9th highest, 61% of turnover)

That was before we bought 9 players and paid most of them 100k a week.
the year before we paid less wages and made a net loss

its obvious that turnover in the club is increasing which in turn is making the club more profitable

even if wages have gone up so will turnover meaning that there shouldn't be any financial difficulties

the bonus we now have is we've offloaded rooney's wages
