He has got around 1 in 5 for Eintracht. That's pretty good for a player who is not an out and out striker.

It was a mandatory purchase after they activated the 2nd season of his loan. I believe the fee was just 2 million euros with fiorentina due 30% of any future sale. Given he's been there for two years already it's hardly like selling a brand new player straight away. A decent bid and he's gone I'd think
