Lot of pressure on him last year wasn't fair really to expect a kid to come into a struggling team and perform week after week.
I like him , but think he should be used more sparingly at this stage of his career.

Looked a class act in the preseason games of Koemans first season, iirc, played about 3 different roles, that plus the City game
Silva needs to a define role (if possible) to suit his strengths and let him stick to it, not use him as a jack of all trades fill in

Doesn`t mean the lads can`t be mates though.

Davies seems to have managed to avoid all the temptations and distractions so far. Can`t see DCL being the one to lead him astray tbh.

Terrible season last year. Interesting to see what silva does with him. Shouldn’t be anywhere close to starting if we have any ambition at all.

if he can get back to his form from the first season with us under Koeman it would be fantastic. with a proper DM like big willy shielding and davies given a better license to roam he could be the B2B al action midfielder we need big if thought

I don`t think Uncle Fester lookalike Shelby, is the best example of a young player to use tbh.
