We have to settle on a more progressive style of football and stick with it. That's the issue. Martinez should have been followed by another manager who can set his teams up to play. A succession. Now we have to go back again and ditch the hoofball in order to establish our team as one capable of playing football. If not Silva then some other manager who can coach our players to be comfortable with the ball at their feet is required and then we stick with that style.

Absolutely agree, we should have carried on that type of attacking football, which most of us enjoyed at times. But should have got better players or a better manager in that vein to do it. Apart from Walcott, what was the bloody obsession with buying slow players ? Off on a tangent there I know.

They have nothing of use to say about anything. They're the slackers and Judas's who've helped get us into this mess.
Hahahahahahaha

For two years a manager cant get his players to play well, and its just their fault, not his. But for Koeman it was totally his fault. You're irrational infatuation with El Roberto has turned you into a parody of yourself, and you dont even see it.

Well they haven’t waited around for their talks. We’ll get around to ours sometime this week though.

Just gotta hope they don’t pinch a top target of ours first.
I can't remember Hull selling anyone decent during the season. They did not lash out on transfers, certainly, but that was wise.

No, Hull was relegated while Silva was in charge. Fat Sam has managed his way out of trickier corners and has done it over years.

I am not in the anyone- but- Sam corner but would like a proven operator with the ability to bring a smile to the fans faces. If we can't get
Howe or top proven foreigner like Emery then Sam would be far better than Viera, Silva, Fonseca or any of the nutty names that have been bandied about.
Look back at the squad numbers they had and who they sold then?

We're literally talking about Phelan having to bring players in just to fill a squad.

2 favourites to replace Moyes at West Ham:

Benitez
Pellegrini

Both title winners and also trophy winners in England and Spain.

Everton

Linked with Silva and Fonesca- one has been relegated and both have only won trophies in bum leagues.

Deary me.

But this is exactly what he also has done for Silva, and nothing more, only the Silva move is miles worse as at least Koeman did have something going in his favor and was rated by a few, but with SIlva there is nothing

What was going in his favour?

The only people who rated him never followed his career, only looked at finishing place at Southampton...

One angling for more transfer funds and the other is managing in China.

No bother.
