Everton 10th most depressing team to support in England right now.

An utterly embarrassing article. Before I even mention us, lets just look at Arsenal. We are meant to believe that following a club that has won three FA Cups in the last five years and is currently in the Europe league semi-finals is depressing? GTF!

Onto the blues though. We all know that following the club is pretty grim right now. However, if your honestly trying to tell me that it's more depressing then supporting all the yo-yo premier league clubs and everyone in the championship, league one and two, along with everyone in Scotland (except Celtic who have to live in Glasgow which is depressing enough!), not to even mention all none league clubs then your having a laugh!

The reailty is that there's only about ten clubs (and ten is being generous) in the whole of the UK wouldn't swap places with us right now. Utterly laughable article and Evertonians need to wake up and realise this. Yeah things are crap right now and have been for far to long but your delusional of you think supporting us is even close to being that bad.

On a slightly different note I'd love to know why any blue still gives that filthy rag Liverpool FC Echo respect enough to read their tripe. It's a glorified RS fanzine written by Kopite bells for the benefit of other Kopites bells. I just find it crazy that any Evertonian would give a RS propaganda mouth piece even a glance. Your more likely to find a balanced article on RAWK then the Red Echo.

It's miles more depressing than all of those. One of the deciding factors being, we also have to suffer abhorrent neighbours who have won everything and continue to be better than us year in year out with no sign of it changing, in fact the gap ever increasing as they power on to become one of the best sides in Europe.

You're missing the point... Of course nearly every other club bar the top handful would swap places with us. However being a depressing club is about the difference between hopes/expectations and reality. We hoped to be challenging top 4 and expected good football, whereas the reality...

I have a mate who is a season ticket holder at Wrexham and he has enjoyed this season a hell of a lot more than I have despite the fact Wrexham have missed out on the playoff spots and he is normally a miserable get!

Arsenal can sod off though, cheerful bastards.

Oh of course your right. I mean why would clubs like Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest, Leeds Utd ever want to be us ever? Far better to face going on twenty years in league one/championship with no prospects of ever returning to the premier league then deal with nasty RS fans lording it over them! Expect the likes of Luton also feel the same way. Why would they swap the dizzying heights of promotion to league one to support a mediocre premier league side! I'll be Tranmere Rover fans console themselves that things could be worse then non-league football. They could support Everton after all!

Give me a break pal. I know things are crap right now and in gutted about it all. Yeah it's been rubbish for far to long at this club but I'm not going to indulge in delusional levels of self-pity and pretend that we've got it as badly as some on here think.

I just don't see it. I get that things are terrible. I haven't missed a home game for going on twenty years and go regurly away so I feel the same sense of endless disappointment and I get why everyone is so depressed. I just don't think we've got it as bad as some on here obviously do.

You've spectacularly missed the point again. In fact I don't think you understood the point of the list to begin with. You're basically just saying the most depressing club in the country is the one at the very bottom of the football pyramid and that's that. Then it's just a rising scale of happiness until you get to Man City. Ridiculous logic, there are loads of factors you have to take into account.
