I wanna game, I wanna game, I wanna play for my Everton and get paid mega bucks. I will try and try and run and run and run til I burst, Can I have a game please? Surely I am worth a try? I can't pass or shoot or tackle very well, but bejabus I will try and try and run and run and run til I burst.

There are two sides to his games at present imo.
His, industry, movement, positioning are all fine.
His passing is wayward and I counted half a dozen last night that went dangerously astray.
I am not sure if it is a lack of confidence, but instead maybe too much confidence that is getting him to make passes that maybe he should not be making.
Either way his judgement will improve with age and experience.
Tom Davies is long gone past being loaned out.
Indeed. He’s a young lad who will get better, he’s already got the right attitude......
If that late pass to Niasse had put him through on goal , he'd be getting hailed . Mind you , he wasn't the only one to mis-place a pass. Rooney was doing it for fun , and Bolasie made a pin-point pass to the pitchside gravel
and yet you seem to forget the Rooney through ball to Davies that only needed to be controlled and he would have had a free shot at goal......he couldn't control it so that I assume goes down as a misplaced pass from Rooney.
He was probably shocked that Rooney had managed to pass to a blue shirt , tbf
Thought Rooney was sloppy last night but was one of very few that did some good successful passes and moved the team forward. Also a good defensive display heading the ball out numerous times....but I suppose he isn't the rooney of yesteryear that many seem to still expect from him. Rooney is past his best which I accept but so is Davies by the way he has been playing this season. Loan him out as he is not beneficial to us at the moment...far from it.
