Yes force them to watch the Nic Cage version. Truly no greater a torture (unless you're drunk/baked)

Me watching the blues this season imo:

Oh sure, a player who cant get gametime there is one they want and value. Sure, they want him if we will sell for 2 million per. And they want him to continue to be a bench/role player.

They havent given him a grand total of 110 minutes since February, and if they thought that highly of him, they wouldve given him much more. They're just playing with his head, and it will likely work.

But they have Bruma and Forsberg, as good a talent as Lookman is, he's not close to their level yet. He knew what he was getting in to by going there, it was hardly a secret. They didn't magic up these players after he arrived, even though Forsberg was injured at the time, it wasn't a season ending injury, but he still wanted to go.

Plus they wanted to sign him before didn't they? Rangnick obviously thinks a lot of him. I doubt he will end up going there, but nothing wrong with them talking him up.

The proof is in the pudding, if they offer us 20 million for him, then they value him. If they offer us 5, 8, or 12, they dont. Talk is really really cheap as we know, action shows the real intent. I dont think they intend to offer us anything over 12 for him.

Probably buy himself out of his contract and take a huge pay cut just to get away from us.
Even Mosh`s spiel about ` Running out for the first game at the new stadium` didnt work
due to the lad realising he will be over thirty by the time that happens

Again I'll ask why he shouldn't have played for us when we're throwing Bolasie out there every week who's regularly put in 3/10 performances...He'd likely offer more threat than Rooney or Davies as an AM in certain games when we actually need someone to create on their own. I agree he SHOULDN'T be considered a PL starter, but for us, we've got enough dross that he at least should've been seeing regular minutes and growing here.

I actually think he is more suited to AM or number 10 or whatever it's called these days. He has a very good touch and quick feet . He can also shoot and has pace over 10 yards which enables him to get past players.

Could well be. Hope we get a chance to find out while he's still here.

Everton would listen to offers for Ademola Lookman after RB Leipzig revealed they want to sign him on a permanent deal.

But Blues boss Sam Allardyce insists the Bundesliga outfit would have to table an offer too good to turn down for the club to even consider selling the 20-year-old.
Lookman is on loan with Leipzig until the end of the campaign and has scored twice in seven appearances and sporting director Ralf Rangnick confirmed their interest in making his switch permanent at the end of the season.
Rangnick confirmed there is no clause in the loan deal allowing the German side to buy Lookman, who joined Everton in a £10m deal in January 2017, but he says Leipzig would be interested in trying to reach an agreement this summer.
Allardyce admits “everybody has his price” and refused to rule out selling the England under-21 international but stressed the offer would have to be one that makes sense for Everton.

“It depends what we think as a board of directors and as a football department,” he said.

“Where are we going to go if we let him go?
“What are we going to do with the money that we’re going to accumulate from him?
“How much money are they going to offer?

“Everybody has a price so if the price goes to where we think we should accept it then I would recommend it but if the price doesn’t get anywhere near then we’ll have him back here and see how he goes on next season.”

Everton have kept tabs on Lookman using their European scouts and Allardyce says the young winger has encountered similar problems he faced at Goodison.

“He hasn’t played as much as he wanted to,” Allardyce said.
“His gripe with me was he wasn’t getting picked but in all fairness he’s had very limited experience on their pitch as well, hasn’t he.

“So if he wants to go there he may say he’s not played enough football so may say he’s not sure about going there, but if he does we would have to listen to what the offer is and that’s to be done between the board and the director of football.
“When it comes to me and they say ‘it’s this much’ I’ll have my say, they’ll have their say, everyone has a say, we make a decision and move on.”
