New Stadium Design Clues

Here's a massive clue for you.

For me that and the Meis one are pretty much the same. The only difference is the roof line has been designed to overhang the top of the bare stand.

I know it's all subjective but these designs are both more interesting:

Now if that is all we can afford then fine, build it cheap with a decent capacity, but it seems we are struggling to get a basic stadium with a moderate increase in capacity to what we already have.
 
what would be the point of building a stadium which is limited to 55k with no room for expansion??

in 10+ years time, clubs like United and city will be playing infront of 120+ as the premier league audineces grow.

That top one looks great!
 

Why does that design say 60,000 seat stadium and then the diagram say 57,982?

That I believe is the number of people leaving/entering on foot. I think there is around a 2000 space car park underneath the main stand.

Edit: Well according to that diagram just in front/behind depending on your point of view of the riverside stand.
