Think its reasonably well known we had to go big on wages cos the release fee was low. In a world where £5m is low anyrate. Lad hasnt had a chance, and when he did, thought he looked a player myself.

This is Everton mate.
We are deffo more than capable of totally spunking all our money and getting nowhere doing so.
I'd say £100k would be about right myself.

Sorry mate I couldn’t disagree more. He has shown absolutely nothing in his limited appearances for us, despite us having few striking options. He must have really stunk the place out in training to not even make the bench. He impressed me (and many of us with his performances for Malaga) but alas not with us. His comments (if true) shows he doesn’t want to be here. He may lack the ability to cut it in the premier league (wouldn’t be the first) or is homesick or both? Sad as I was really looking forward to him playing for us this season.

He was absolutely last in every single domestic game he played.

And terrible in the European ones.

I'll hazard a guess is that he sulked and didn't put the effort in.

I get he's young, I get it's a new challenge, new league. But he did come with a notorious ability to get a cob on when he's not the main focus.

He's struggled. Didn't improve. Probably threw his dummy out unlike Klassen. None of the managers talked about him at all but would talk about Klassen being a model pro.

He's not THAT good to cry over.

More than happy to concede to lads who have seen him live, I havnt. Didnt think he was terrible though, and seemed balanced to me. Blame crappy streams.

I seem to remember that there was a lot of chat at the time he came that he really wanted to stay in Spain. I seem to remember commenting that if he came good he'd want off soon. He just never came good.
