Chelsea are another club that change their managers regularly. It does them no harm.

Part of the game now which is why we moved to a DOF.
Fans are demanding instant success to the detriment of their clubs...lets change our manager every 6 months eh???? Chelsea?? You are joking surely....they can afford the best managers and players..we cannot...end of

I'm not pretending I have the answer to all our problems mate but I'm telling you that it's not Silva. I'd of stuck with Unsworth rather then have Big Sam but I'd take either of them over Silva. None of those three are long term solutions which we will really have to address in the summer.
We should have stuck with Unsworth and given him the job until the end of the season. Part of his problem was lacking authority because no one knew whether he was going to be here game to game. I don’t think we’d have been worse points wise and we’d have had time to get the right manager in for the summer. Allardyce has been really poor and is looking a worse decision as the weeks roll on. Tuchel or Fonseca for me as things stand.

Found out. Some of the players were asking him to take them with him to Everton so of course that is going to unsettle a team.
If you believe the Watford propaganda. Watford are a crap side and went back to being crap after a surprisingly postive start to the season before their real standards showed. This is the side that came to Goodison went 2-0 up and lost 3-2! They're garbage.

Agree 100%. Some people seem to think that by not wanting Silva it makes me a big fan Allardyce. I'm not, but not liking Big Sam doesn't mean we have to support another fraud in Silva. Rhino would of cobbled together enough points to keep us up this season which is the best we could achieve with this horrid side.

I know Rhino wasn't the answer. He's another guy who was sabotaged by this despicable side we have who down tools quite happily and stab every manager in the back. None of the three options being talked about are any good but Silva is the worst of the three for me and is onky being talked about because he's the latest flavour of the mouth.
What do you mean by flavour of the month?

Before Spurs signed Poch the same argument could be made.

I can only guess is that you want someone with a similar record to Klopp's before they got him. We cant attract managers like that. I'm actually surprised they could.

We can either go for the young English managers or young foreign managers. All you could probably call flavor of the month.

Dunno y'know mate - we’re not skint.

I mean managers who have done absolutely nothing other then had a good run for a few mouths and received media attention while being hyped up ludicrously before inevitably being found out. I rember the shouts for Ian Holloway while he was having his great season with Blackpool! That's all Silva is, another Ian Holloway with a foreign name (which apparently automatically makes hin a good manager to some fans!) who had a decent little run before being found out.

What’s Silva done to show he warrants the job?
Until we approached him his record with poor teams was fantastic in the Premier league so he ticks that box.

But look at his record on Wikipedia. He's not just a flavour of the month. His record before coming to the premiership is amazing. He's obviously a very ambitious man. The only doubt over him is if he would leave us but if that becomes a problem then it will mean he will have done well.
