Computer games.

@Tubey - it seems getting a Nintendo GameCube has entered my brain for the retro collection.

Any advice? Have they aged ok? I never had one back in the day.

Great little console. Hit and miss game library that's quite shallow but the classics it does have more than hold up if you like certain genres (Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime, Zelda Collector's Edition, Smash Bros). All great, and a fantastic controller too.

The value of it to me though is the Gameboy Player - allows you to play Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games on a TV. So if you're getting it I'd strongly advise picking one of them up too (ideally with the disc) because the console itself is cheap anyway.

Nice one. Had a wee look at ‘the best’ games on YouTube. That Star Wars Rogue Squadron looks decent even now.

Will investigate further.

@Dylan Elite update.

I'm much better at flying around now, have worked out the controls and am getting the hang of coming out of Supercruise at the right speed.

FYI PS4 players its hold x and up on the d-pad. Its still tricky getting in and out of the rotating stations but landing is now alot easier.

I got attacked by some random and they hammered about 1/4 of my hull before I think they got done by the Federalis.

Slowly doing data delivery missions to build up credits and upgrade my ship. I think I'm more interested in hauling cargo and sightseeing than fighting. Ive traveled into another bunch of systems but not sure if I should settle in one area. It seems to build up rep at individual stations but not sure yet. What happens when you run out of fuel? Been pretty low at times but always just made it.

I stocked up on some 'Emergency accommodation things' to sell somewhere else (they were triple the galactic average) but everywhere I go they seem to be less than I paid for them.

Deffo enjoying it so far.

Awesome!!!

Glad to hear that!

So the 'Emergency accommodation things'....you bought them at triple the galactic average? Sounds like you want to be selling them there, not buying them!!!

Can you set a button bind for 'set throttle to 75%' If you can, wait until the arrival timer is at 0:07 and hit that button/combo. You will never arrive at 1000km too fast that way.

No i bought them for 120. Evacuation shelters- galactic average is or was 300+ but every station i visit is buying them for 70. You mentioned selling tech stuff to ... farming stations or something?

Zelda breath of the wild is utterly beautiful and excellent.

That is how to make an open world game.

If they could do a similar game as this as some sort of MMORPG it would absolutely pop off.

In other news, Darkest Dungeon is being released on switch in a few days and I think it looks excellent.

Really enjoyed BOTW

Is it weird that I found it ridiculously easy?

On the Galaxy map you can show the trade routes.... But good from farming/agriculture and sell it in high tech etc...... Supply and demand

I can point you to some excellent 3rd party websites that can help you plan your trading more efficiently
