"We hope in a year to secure funding and planning, and to conclude designs, and then three years to build on what is a complex site. If all goes to plan we hope to be kicking-off at Bramley Moore-Dock in August 2022. Committed? Yes. Optimistic? Yes, but the enduring message is that there is still lots to do.”

Was about to post this.. Hope! Stilll lots to do, as @davek has been saying... total amateurs, this should have been done by now

Everton really is so pathetic. Lol at no news whatsoever about the stadium. It's been going on for ages. Spurs will be playing in their be one before e even see designs for ours.

Dave, if I've genuinely offended you, I apologise... however, you and your endless negativity are extremely trying.

I suggested to you over a week ago that you desist banging on and on about the stadium being a non-entity, but you've chosen to carry on and on and on.

I am very confident that tonight will see all or the lions share of your negativity well and truly dispensed with.
