Sorry FinnFan, just expressing my opinion. I hate the way clubs like City, Chelsea and Madrid are run. I want Everton to be succesful again, just like every other Evertonian, but not if that just means buying that success.

To be honest i think its a bit mad not wanting investment because City are melts, i would prefer investment. Id be pretty hopefull Moyes with Money wouldnt turn the club into a melt fest. Just thinking of the players we could have signed in the past with a few sheckles - Mouthino, Defour etc. Hes got a good eye for good young talent and i dont think he would use his powers for bad. Im also thinking we could keep Moyes at the club indefinitely if he was given finance to reallyhave a crack.

The other point would be we need a new ground, if someone came in and were intrested in investing in a new ground it would be phenomnal.

Private equity or investment may also allow us to increase our wage bill, hopefully meaning offering new contracts wouldnt be the soap opera it has become with our best players.

Lets not forget we have had huge investment from our owners right the way through our history untill recently. So its a bit hypcritcal of us slating new money.

The devil is in the detail though - i would be loath - to even consider a leveraged buy out.

Wouldn't have any problem with that. In an ideal world, I would want Everton to be a mix between Man Utd, Arsenal and Spurs. Not asking to much, is it?

Maybe not with Moyes in charge, but what if the first season under Moyes since that takeover wouldn't be considered a success by our new owners? They wouldn't feel as loyal to Moyes as Kenwright does and probably sack him without even blinking an eye. Then what would happen? Personally think we'd lose all of our dignity, just like that club from manchester did.

i understand that people dont like CITYSHIT, i dont either....but im thinking about that fact that it is almost impossible to break through all of those "rich" teams without ......BIG BUCKS.....
