I imagine some BS like this tonight:

"In part (note: an incredibly small part) down to shrewd management of the Club we've seen our biggest ever yearly revenue jump (note: thanks to TV deal that Everton had no influence on). We've also been able to reduce the average age of the first team squad (note: because of such decisions like signing Klaassen for 25m then not playing him, or having to play Kenny because we have no proven backup for either Coleman or Baines). We'll soon be able to (note: we haven't started yet, so expect to be waiting another half a year) show initial mock-ups of our new stadium, and are close to announcing a financing package (note: we're desperately searching for people to give us money because we can't afford it ourselves) that will fund the project."

So are people expecting them to come forward and say "This is what we're building" tonight?

Or are we just going to get shown the concepts Meis has put forward for the cost consultants and hearing some of the figures being thrown around while nothing has been agreed still?

How do you know anyone has seen anything, or at least anything legitimate?

Confidentiality agreements? We're talking about a new stadium mate, not the Manhattan Project..
In this day and age, with that interweb thingy, and loose lips, I can't believe for one minute something wouldn't have been leaked already.

I just do. You don't have to believe it.

I don't think we'll see any type of designs until the season has ended. Probably even after next season has began.

Hopefully when the meeting proceeds to AOB, Moshiri then presides over a kangaroo court where Walsh and Bob Elstone are held to account for their utter gross negligence and sentenced to 90 days hard labour digging out the dry dock at Bramley Moore.

Glad you and others who know a little more than the rest of us continue to post what you can when you can. Livens up my otherwise very quiet life!

And when they reveal the design etc, will you stfu or actually try and say something positive... for once ?

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? what does this mean ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I've been a project manager in the past, best to be honest and give bad news straight away and try to work and improve as it goes along.

Yep, you see people tell little fibs then forget what they said. Causes major issues.

Deliver, or don't deliver.

Whether you like it or not the lad is correct.

Please clarify @AndyC because at this point I have assumed the worst, and having put all my faith in you as the only interesting and respectable moderator I will be crushed if you've resorted to this disgusting outburst at David.
