Not sure if he means shareholders being able to ask questions? I know a few shareholders who own one or two in the club and attend the General Meetings. They are generally frustrated by the large shareholders at the club who never seem to quite get that they own a share in the club too. Regardless of the amount of shares owned, the business should respect that. The opinion of the fans I have spoken to myself is that the other larger shareholders do not like this. A thorn in the overlords size if you will...
