Sounds like he is worth a punt to me. Like it or no, 20-25 is the standard rate for a player that has displayed any kind of quality somewhere. He seems to be a target man who fits the mold of the kind of player we are after. Will have to hope it works.

To the people so upset, who did you have in mind?
Benteke: seems past his best, probably costs 35 anyway
Dembele: probably costs the same and in no way any more proven (arguably less so)
Bakambu: costs twice as much and likely looking for CL footy
Deeney: no, just no
Gameiro: a good shout, similar price but several years older and dependent on his pace - also likely wants CL footy
Batshuayi: some like, some hate. would likely cost at least 30
Vardy: Leicester City would not sell

Until we are in Europe year in, year out we will have to take a gamble on players like Klaassen, Sandro and Tosun. Some will be good, some won't.

Would rather take a flier on this boy than sign some overpriced, past his mark player whose value is inflated simply because he has played in England before.
