Cenk is not a bad player by any means but claiming his skills are no less than Lacazette is a bit exaggeration in my opinion. I wouldn't compare the two.

Cenk is slower and his finishing rate is not very high. He will need to be very well fed to score goals.

I read somewhere he won't require a work permit due to the time he spent in Germany, possibly has a European passport.

He's got 25 caps for Turkey in about four years mate.
I havn't looked at what percentage of competitive games he's played in the last two years, but he can't be far from the required 75%
