Good point, he’s making the best and getting results with some pretty limited tools.

Big sam tactics all over that match. Not pretty but i dont care. Get 3 points on board and keep outta the mess below us. Maybe push on after xmas then. He has made us solid over night and its the reason some of us were very relieved to see him come in.

Our play isn't pretty (yet) but the table is looking a lot nicer. That's what matters most, especially given how this season was going.

Brilliant from Sam. Near miraculous turn around. A shambolic team that conceeded at least 2 a game and hadn't won away since Jan transformed overnight. Clean sheets, wins and a point at Anfield all while still playing the kids.
It's not pretty to watch and we've had luck but you can see how much more organised and confident we are. Sammy Lee and Shakespeare are essential. We were clearly missing a proper coaching team under RK and Unsworth. Now we have one good enough for England.
