We're not going to get a fee for him. He's on crap wages (£15k pw?). We won't get a better no2 in. I'd just let his contract run down and thank him when he leaves at the end of the season. He's been a good pro for us and a decent keeper for the last 2 and a bit seasons.

I'd offer him a new contract but I very much doubt he'd stay as a number 2.
fair play to him if he doesn't want that role, just have have been shunted to 3 behind stecklebeaut though, seems like koeman had an agenda against him

He's a Martinez signing, he'll get grief just for being that.
A 7th place in the league type keeper but, we now have a better goalie.
We've moved on and so should he, unless he accepts a wage rise to stay as no.2, which wouldn't really be great for his career?

You keep leaving these little pointers.
Come on admit it, you were wrong about Ross?

I might of been wrong about the way Koeman treated him, in hindsight you have a valid point, but Ross hasn't helped himself.
But i think it applies too the whole squad with Koeman, not just one person. Some want to think he treated Ross badly but reality is he treated him no worse then anyone else, answering questions to the press was lame but unlike Lukaku who has been open Ross hasn't. Putting pen to paper would easily have sorted this but Ross decided not to because it was best for him without giving Everton a second thought.

Ross wanting to go and not signing never had anything to do with Koeman, the situation was made by Ross running down his contract because he wanted to, that's one point with Ross, the other is his ability, he just isn't that good, if he played for any other team apart from Everton not a chance would anyone name him in the January transfer thread as a target they would like

when you look at the owners comments as well, you would have to say their appears to be no bridge between the two parties, the amount of damage that lazy arrogant dutch belter has done is incredible
Hard to believe after the first season but very difficult to warm to the guy

Robles has been a good professional player and performed well when called upon. Would make a good number 1 for a lot of teams. Wish him well for the future.
