It's much easier to sell one set of shares to a 3rd party rather than 2. That's why selling to Usmanov initially made sense. I'm not saying it's likely Usmanov comes but there are arguments you can put forward.

That's fine but if Usmanov is the brains then why would he not leave Moshiri at Arsenal.

Sorry but he wouldn't. He also wouldn't come out and say he has no intention in us and plans to stay at Arsenal. It's a pipe dream rumor that has probably happened because Usmanov has some connection to the Liverpool Waters deal with Moshiri.

No doubt him or Moshiri owns some steel or construction company etc that they see a way to make a few bucks from.

Anything suspect with an owner is never going to pass Premier League scrutiny after the City - Shinawatra - and Portsmouth debacles.

Panorama blew their load by mentioning us and the Premier League when it was never going to amount to anything bar telling us that Billionaires do their best to avoid Tax and that Moshiri is business partners with Usmanov and they made payments between each other's accounts.
