What had Pochetinno done before? Or literally any of the current well respected managers before their current 'top manager status'

You have to start somewhere. I'm not actually advocating Dyche here, but every single top manager started somewhere.

Cheers mate! I trust you more than the efc owner clowns too.

Don’t get me wrong Koller’s had Some bad stints in charge of German sides along the way, but he did really well with der Rot Weiss.

Another possible plus point was that he’s supposed to have completely changed the Austrian football set up. Apparently they had used of useless people (coaches and back room staff) who’d been hanging on for ages doing a terrible job. Remind you of anywhere?
