This is a straightforward question.

The deal is one season in the Championship, then a full clear out, win the league at a canter and back in the Premier league without Kenwright involved in the club anymore.

Down, and straight back up.. That's the deal.
Don’t be ridiculous!

If you could guarantee an instant return to the Premier League, then yes, of course. But you can't guarantee that.
Even if you could guarantee it, would you seriously take relegation just to be rid of Kenwright? Him leaving hardly guarantees us being successful again you know. Plus We'd never hear the end of it from that horrible cult over the park.

We have only ever spent 3 years outside the top division in our history... let's keep it that way. Noone else comes close and when Arsenal go down we will also have our record for the most consecutive seasons in the top flight back too. Records mean nothing though, we need to get the ship in order and aim for the other end of the table. The Kenwright situation is temporary and he is not our biggest problem right now!

Your preaching to the choir mate. I think it's insanity for anyone to even contemplate the positives of a relegation for us. It's would be one of the most (if not THE) darkest days in the club's history.

Him staying guarantees us being unsuccessful.
So the hypothetical choice is, relegation and no guarantee of success flowing a quick return to the premier league but talking the endless stick that would come with a year in the championship. Or staying up and guaranteeing no success until he finishes with the club? Yeah I still wouldn't take the relegation in a million years mate, there's plenty of other parasites ready to take Kenwrights place once he eventually does leave you know.
