For those obsessing over experience and wanting Tuchel over Unsworth for that reason. Something worth noting is one of the philosophies on which Germany have built their recent success is "ability is more important than experience". If the board is convinced Unsworth has the ability to do the job then we should get behind him. There are all manner of experienced but crap managers who could be given the job. Tuchel himself got his big break based on this exact philosophy.

On a personal note I'm a big fan of Tuchel and he was my first choice when we ended up hiring Martinez. But it does concern me a bit that he is not the right fit given our current situation. For that reason I would be more in favour of Unsworth getting the job.
