Desperately needed 3 points today. We play Arsenal, Leicester and Watford next in the league. Games all surrounded with Europa league fixtures and a carling cup match with Chelsea. By the time the next international break comes around we could be in the bottom three.
Decision should have been taken in the last international break to give the new man two weeks to bed in. As it stands now any new manager would be entering into a real lions den. Although he couldn't do much worse.

That's twice now he's been bailed out by someone, Niasse first and this time i'm not crediting Rooney for it, he's been bailed out by that idiot they had playing RB needlessly elbowing DCL.
Soon as they came back out for the 2nd half and no changes were made i said to my mate "He needs to go, changes had to made but he's too reactive not proactive in his decisions".
Shock horror he eventually brings on Niasse for the wrong player and then goes in to panic reaction mode when we are scrambling for a point, summed up perfectly by Mirallas looking like he was told to play LB when he first came on.
He's had backing from the board and 2 weeks to sort out a game plan for Brighton and we had nothing other than a awful starting XI with no balance and players out of position and a manager who has no style of football.
Time for him to go, we've got another run of games now that are as difficult as the opening 5 and we are coming off the back of 1 point from Burnley and Brighton, not a chance we're getting points the next few games.
