Even if we win a few games he's lost the faith of a lot of fans, who will jump straight back on him as soon as we lose a game. I don't see how he can make a success of it here now.

It would take something very special for him to win back the fans (and there is a lot of them) he's lost. Not just on the pitch but his attitude off it too.

Yeah he was cherry picked to do a job really. An expensive mercenary manager, however he can still turn this round. In fact he has to, to save his career!

He did in one game, and Rooney on the left, but Rooney just played in Sigurdsson's position anyway.
