Can you imagine the bedwetting on RAWK if Usmanov sells.
I remember a few lads saying that on here when Moshiri came in with his 'billions.'
Usmanov has got a fair few billions more than Moshiri like.

The esk says its a low ball offer
In 2016 Kroenke bought 23 ordinary shares for £368,000 so that's £16000 per share.\
Usmanov has 18,695 shares in Arsenal.
Take that price and you get
£299,120,000
I'd say it's a fair price that he's been offered.
Price is considerably higher per share than the one Usmanov recently made to Kroenke, so yes your right
Especially given Usmanovs shares are without any influence whereas Kroenke come with a controlling stake
Usmanovs shares come with the ability to take the company private and negate the need to publish accountsPrice is considerably higher per share than the one Usmanov recently made to Kroenke, so yes your right

I really really want that to happenGoing to be a meltdown in here when he buys West Ham
He's going to come here, and in one swift move, exclude Arsenal and Spurs from the top 4 on a permanent basis, wiping millions off the price of Arsenal and hitting Kroneke right in the nuts.Given his principled stand against Kroenke I would be very surprised if he effectively delivered total ownership of Arsenal to the American. I feel this game has a long way to run yet.
I think it will happen.
I'm not ITK or even have any remote insight - that's just my opinion from trying to read between the lines.
When the twitter et al. ITK brigade we all know and love were telling us the 2 Americans deal to takeover EFC was complete, very suddenly and completely out the blue - Moshiri news broke on the 27th Feb. On the 27th Feb it was officially announced.
The sheer speed of it, and with Usmanov and Moshiris joint statement in my mind - on the 27th Feb - the same day the news broke of Moshiri last year I speculated;

I even thought maybe I inadvertently prompted all the rumour and speculation that followed but as time has gone on, the more realistic it seems. 49.9% element, the USM sponsorship - a recent approach to the site directly, Usmanov's bid as a final "Well, I tried...".
Nobody knows what Usmanov is thinking, but I reckon he gave up the ghost at Arsenal and Everton with Moshiri, would seem a perfect place for him to stick to fingers up to Arsenal's board and pile on Kroenke - their fans won't like it one bit if he makes a significant impact at Everton.
You've got to wonder if Usmanovs bid for Kroenkes shares (given that he's never going to sell), was a way of letting it known what he thinks his own shares are worth, without him stating that they're for sale?
