How bad must we have been before today if we've recovered some pride after getting beat 4-0
the scoreline didn't reflect the game, I think a draw would have been a fair result. if Rooney had scored with that great chance, nobody would have begrudged us the point.

From a United perspective, the scoreline flattered us no doubt but I have to say this; there's no pace in your attack which means over the course of the season, you might not score much.
I don't think you needed Sigurdsson in the slightest. Rooney will create and can score playing behind a capable striker. You would've done well spending that £45m on either Alejandro Gomez from Atalanta, Modeste from Frankfurt or Aspas.
There is creativity and steel in your team, now you need pace and a finisher.

Thought twice about a Utd fan's comment. The truth hurts. Dunno why Vardy was never in our sights.

We have Lookman, Lennon and Mirallas available. God knows why he's refusing to play them, DCL needs something to attack... Bolasie and Coleman are big misses right now.

Just seen that first goal, I'm not sure you can just write that off under worldie, he shouldn't be able to volley a ball like that unchallenged from the edge of the box, and a taller keeper would have had it

Gana or Davies for me but I voted Davies just because he needs to start regularly. Just in case Koeman gets desperate enough to start looking on GOT to choose his starting XI.

The strike from Sandro after that second goal was what I wanted to see from him all season so far. I haven't lost total faith in him. Not his fault he's not getting any service.

Their goalie made three great saves (Rooney, Sygi and Sandro) - they had plenty of chances but were generally wasteful. A very much improved performance and we deserved more out of that game than we got.

I had the "enormous pleasure" of sitting amongst the unwashed urinated fans, my they are biassed and hurtful, even to their own. Rashford and Linguard are both divers, really, really blatant and very often.

Rooney did shed load more in 65 than others did in 90.
Thought he was brilliant. With pace around him it would have been a different result.
If the rest played with same attitude as Rooney and Davies we wouldn't be at bottom of table.
Would like to see RK give this a go
--------------------Rooney----------------
Lookman--Vlasic--Ghana--Davies--DCL
Baines--------Jags------Keane-----Kenny

Thought Schneiderlin had a very decent game yesterday. Yesterday demonstrated that Rooney can't play "up top" on his own. His game was excellent, but he does not have the pace he needs to be our main striker.

I thought we played well after first 5 minutes and created several good chances.

Heads dropped after Williams messed up.

4-0 was not a true reflection on game.

Have some easier looking fixtures coming up so let's get some goals and points!

None of them were really great saves.

Rooney one ok it was good reactions but siggurdson one he had it well covered and gave him no chance. Sandro wasn't gonna score from there against DDG and it didn't look like it was on target anyway. Overall not a lot of chances where I really felt we were lucky. 2 half chances and a good one.

You can't say a draw would be a fair result after we lost 4-0, it doesn't make sense.
I would normally agree, but if we had equalised when I said, nobody would have begrudged us it. We didn't just have superior possession, we did create, on another day Gylfi or Rooney would have scored

But we didn't equalise, and possession is completely meaningless. Scoring goals is the aim of the game and we didn't score a single one, but United scored FOUR. I'd say a team that scores 4 goals and concedes none deserves the win...
