Was well after the goal I thought, might be wrong though.
I remember our crowd getting loud, just singing Everton, Everton... and then they went mental. The speed at which they all moved it looked like they got a signal off one of them cheerleaders or something. Almost looked pre-planned.
That what happened , nothing really bit of a surge , throwing things and a dozen or so div's on the pitch that thought better of doing anything when they realised they could if they wanted actually get at the park end , and one Everton fan made an effort to get on to them , all disappeared back were they came from.
Said last night in the match thread , I was taking to one of there journalist , who said we provoked them, she was by the way in the press gallery on the other side of the ground by the way while this was going on.
They just don't get it time has moved on here, fact is it's a different era, for us act like that here people think your a knob, and you will get caught , even buying a ticket they have your seat number, and contact details and CTV all over the place, same as town , hence no Everton fans going looking for them if they were remotely bothered to , because the odds are your door will get burst by the coppers and you will do time a few weeks later.
Simple fact if you want to really have a fight with English hooligans these days coming in a crew , all dressed the same insint the way to go about it, the cops are not daft or blind.
In a nutshell they come here parade around act like extras off a Danny dyer film and think they have a result, very brave as they will never be more than a few feet away from the cops , and miles away from actually meeting any English hooligans , they are a joke that why everyone by me in the park end were laughing at them.
Like I said in the other thread she said those going out there will have to be careful.
