I think that the whole team lack a focal point up front. If a certain centre forward was still with us (and not just talking goals) I think the opposition would react to the threat and it would ease pressure on others including Klaassen. Koemans teams need a big powerful striker imo or RK needs to adapt.

Not the type of player who is going to stand out vs Stoke. He will be more involved in teams who like to open space and play the ball further up the field.
Exactly why he was fairly anonymous vs United in the Europa League final. We will see a marked improvement against more open teams.
His impact has been underappreciated. Assisted our only goal in the second leg Europa qualifier. Split the Stoke defence with his run yesterday.
It will take time for him to adjust to the physicality of the league but he's a good technical player who has qualities to offer.

I'm sure he will turn out good but I think he'll take a while to settle. I personally wouldn't be playing him in the harder league games coming up as he's invisible for most of the game.
That's right judge a player who has come from a new league and country and hasn't even played 90 minutes For us yet

He's played well over 90 minutes mate, he's been involved in all the pre season games, European games and the league match. Probably about 500 minutes

It's more than a coincidence that out of our new signings, the ones that have found their feet straight away are Pickford and Keane. They both have Premiership experience. I have no doubt that Sandro and klassen are very talented footballers, look where they learnt their football education at arguably two of the best academies in world football. Give these players time to adapt and not just one game and I'm sure you will see what they can bring to the side.

Early signs are that Klassen is not cut out for this league. Hard to see how he retains his place if the Gilfi transfer is finally completed
