Look goat, it's no secret you're not the first person one looks to when seeking intelligent, insightful, & overall thought provoking discussion.

What I thought we could count on from you, however, is to maintain a consistent "baiter" approach. Now that you have clearly turned "baitee", the question must be asked..."what exactly can we count on you for these days?"

*how's that sharp metal hook feel through you mouth?*

Get in!!!
:lol::lol::lol:
Touchdown!

Jozy might have been the type of player we could have gone after about five years ago.

Not now. Not with the squad Moyes has assembled and what we're trying to accomplish.

Jozy doesn't fit Everton. Good player and will help someone. It just won't be us.

Agree, he is not a good fit here..

Oh no Goat...

You'v just been bummed USA styley!!!!!

Get in the hole!!!!

If he had called him a tit at the end it would have been perfect.

Goat gets owned YET again and goes away with his tail between his legs like a scolded puppy.

First of all, I love titz WAY too much to use in a derogatory manner.

Second, this is no laughing matter, gentleman. As a former pledgemaster for an american college fraternity, I take jedi mind games regarding windups of the mentally inferior quite seriously. And now, to think one of what appeared to be a seasoned veteran in this regard, on the other end of the pond, is actually not who I thought he was?? Devastating.

Plus, I always smiled to think of our beloved goat as a worm. Fish?? Just doesn't have the same impact.

So are you telling us you got men to do things for you in return for a reward? They dont call that a pledgemaster here. Thats more of a pimp.

Grant Wahl, respected US soccer journalist & insider, reports on his twitter that Everton are eyeing Jozy as potential target if/when Yak departs. He's the guy who wrote the Becks book w/ the Landon controversies. Doubt this is completely made up or unfounded.

Grant Wahl Twitter:
GrantWahl-Not surprised. I'm hearing that Everton is interested in@ JozyAltidore17 RT @ ColinUdoh Yakubu says he is definitely moving.

By the way, Jozy scored against Turkey today from Donovan assist. I've said it before on here, but to write off Jozy at such an early age would be foolish & premature, imo. We talk of ambitions, well sometimes you have to take some risks in order to get there. Make no mistake about it, at 20 yrs old & still growing into his freakishly athletic frame, he has the POTENTIAL to one day be a $20-40 million striker one day. Do I think he'll ever reach that level? Probably not, but it's there. How many players can you say that about? And, more importantly, I'm growing confident he will NOT be a total bust no matter what happens.

So if yak wants to go, saha here, beckford & vic stepping up, portoguese kid, young kid doing well on loan in scotland (I think??), if we could buy jozy outright & still turn profit from yak sale, is it such a horrible idea to give it a go?

Our club, while being on the verge of big things, still need to take some gambles on young potential stud like jozy in order to EVER have a chance of running out those next level world class strikers.

I've watched him closely throught his career, truly believe you're looking at very serviceable EPL quality striker for years under WORSE CASE SCENARIO. The flipside & potential is, quite frankly unlimited.

I say do it. I like yak but have doubts on his age, plus if he wants to go, not much to be said. And what will we get for that money as far as strikers?

Mate , IF I'd have heard , I'd tell you . You know that .

I've heard nothing .
